For the Cordial: Put the listed components in a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. Next, turn off the stove and leave to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer into a sealable bottle, seal and store in the fridge, where it will keep for about a month.

To make Batch Mix: Mix every liquids in a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then filter it best through muslin, so it's perfectly clear.

For serving: Add 85ml of your batch mix into your stirring glass filled with ice, and agitate gently for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Pour into an chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries adding the final touch using a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
